TERMS OF SERVICE

Anything here is in place to protect both you as a client and me as an artist, if you have any questions or concerns please feel free to ask! All commissioners are to follow my tos, so make sure you read it. There will be no exceptions

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

- Payment is to be made via PayPal in GBP (great british pounds). I do not accept USD. PayPal will convert the amount for you upon payment, and google can be used prior for a rough conversion calculation.- Payment plans are available for larger commission types, which can be discussed via DM, although it is not guaranteed to be accepted.- Deadlines are to be requested and discussed BEFORE payment is made. Failure to do so makes a deadline void.- Rush fees may be anywhere from 20-50%+ of the total price. The shorter the requested ETA, the higher the price. Commission type will also impact percentage.- Refunds are applicable if:
A. No work has been started by the 2 month mark.
B. I cannot complete your commission (which I will then offer it myself).
C. If the turn around time has passed the exceeded extension date after the initial ETA. In this scenario, depending on the amount of work completed, you may get a refund at 50-80% of what you initially paid. Compensation art can be included in place of a refund (see "general commission tos" for further info).- Refunds may take a few days - one week to process and send, please be aware of this before you commission.- Payment plans must be completed before work begins. ETA does not start until you finish your payment plan. Please refer to my general commission tos for general ETA information.

GENERAL TOS

- Commissions are to be completed within 3 weeks to 3 months However, health issues may impact ETA and cause delay. If this happens to arise, any commissioner(s) will be notified personally via DM. Delays should only extend TAT by 1-3 weeks, but are subject to circumstance; compensation will typically be offered in this scenario.- If the expressed ETA passes with no work/only a sketch provided, and you do not want a refund if it is offered, compensaion art will be awarded in place for your patience and inconvenience. This usually entails sketch headshots. This compensation also applies to missing any agreed upon deadlines.- You must send the correct and clear reference sheet upon ordering. If your design changes, inform me IMMEDIATELY. If you change things on your character and inform me after the commission is completed, I will not make changes to the work. It is your responsibility as a client to keep me up to date on your character's design.- All commissions go through a communication process of sketches and wips with the client, it is your responsibility to ask for changes or express unsatisfactory during the sketch phase. This allows both parties to leave satisfied. Any changes will not be made after the flat color phase.- Updates will come in these three phases: sketch --> flat color --> finalized. You may ask for additional wips, but this WILL impact the ETA- as my time zone will not allow me to continue same day when waiting for approval, and doesn’t guarantee I will be able to immediately work on it the next.- If you are wanting an update, please bump respectfully and clearly. Anything along the lines of “Hi” , “:3” , and “how are you", are not business related bumps and will be ignored. Please ask for updates with something along the lines of “Hello! Wondering if there’s any updates?" instead, as this is clear and direct towards our business transaction specifically.- Please give at least two weeks before you start to ask for updates. My manager replies to my DMs and they are at uni full time. Please give at least three days, for time to respond, before you bump again.- I will not, under any circumstances, draw animal genitals. This includes sheaths, animal replicated genitals, and knots. I will not yuck your yum, but I also won’t draw it based on my own comfort. Human genitalia only.
