TERMS OF SERVICE

It’s important to read everything here if you are ordering or plan to order a commission from me, not only to protect yourself and be aware of my process, but to also protect me! Make sure all this is read, failure to do so will not result in a tos break under any circumstance. By commissioning me you automatically agree to all these terms, regardless if you read them or not! So please do. Questions can be dmed.

PAYMENT

- All payments are to be made via PayPal in GBP (£). Prices are also listed in GBP- Payment plans for larger commissions can be considered, just ask! I’m very flexible- Payment must be completed within 48 hours to secure your spot in the commission queue, ghosting more than 3 times will get you permanently black listed. Can’t pay? Let me know!- if you have a deadline please inform me BEFORE you commission as shorter turn around times may be charged a rush fee of £10

NSFW guide

- I will only draw human genitals, No animal parts as having to reference them makes me uncomfortable, sorry! I may be open to drawing fantasy genitals, but nothing that references life like animals- I hold the right to decline any nsfw com at any time if for some reason I feel uncomfortable. In the case of this being paid for, you’ll get a refund

Changes to your work

- Provide all commission details upon ordering. Changing details if work has not been started and you have not gotten a wip is fine!- Charges WILL apply for changes requested after the sketch has been approved for continuation (excluding errors on my side) , this includes and is not limited too, expression change, pose changes and character changes. I will not change entire poses unless it’s for larger comission types like scenes. Request specifics upfront- Once the sketch is approved, no further changes will be made, please ask for any edits during the sketch stage! Sketch headshots do not have wips but can be fixed for errors after completion within reason, some may be too large to change so make sure what you ask for is very clear and on your reference sheet.- I do not usually provide line art wips, if you need them request them before you pay.- changes on the final are fine, however if they are due to you having not provided correct information , or having looked correctly at the sketch provided I will not change these unless you are okay with a fee, this is NOT based on my own mistakes. Any mistakes i have made that have been communicated to me via ref sheet or by you will be free.

Refund policy

- Full payment must be received before starting the commission. Refunds will only be issued if I am unable to complete your commission or if no sketch wip has been sent before the 4 month mark And one is requested.- You can ask for a refund if your art is started but not lined at 60% refund. (Applies to work purchased after 28/09/2023) do not commission me if you are not okay with my turn around time- dude to my current financial situation, it may take a bit for me to get the refund to you. If you are unhappy, please communicate this kindly. I may be able to bump you up in the queue and complete it faster than a refund if you’ve been waiting over the refund mark.- I hold the right to refund you at any time during the process, sketches may be refunded at 60% of the price, refunds will not be given if the work is in colouring or line stage.- payment plans must be completed before a refund may be given. NO refund will be given on payment plans for adopts or adopts in general- the turn around time does not start until full payment is done/received. Payment plan time is not included in the tat and any fees PayPal may take will possibly be deducted

Wips and updates

- Work-in-progress (WIP) updates will be shared, and you may request progress updates at any time.
Artwork modifications and edits must be communicated during the WIP stages. DO NOT keep changing your idea, the more you do this the more confused I get and I struggle with non clear communication due to my autism.- please give at least a two week cool-down before you start to bump!- I have severe memory issues and I am autistic, please keep this in mind. I do not respond well to unkindness / frustration as it stresses me out , so if possible please keep wording nice. I will work with you to rectify any problem or situation!- turn around time can and will range anywhere roughly at four months with a possible extension of five. I do not work in order and never have- you will receive the sketch -> flat coloured -> shaded (if applies) -> final approval , I do not provide blank line art wips, but if you would like that it must be requested beforehand. This may lengthen the process- if you would like updates for every small little thing that is not art related but delay related please request this before you pay. I do not give updates via dm to each commissioner outside of wips for their art unless requested, instead I use telegram to update about delays, extended breaks and so on. Please join the telegram or ask if you want this, as I use this currently instead of Trello- don’t be afraid to hit me up if you would like an update. I may not have any work to show you, but I will inform you of where I am at progress wise or if you are due a wip. Please remember I am disabled and struggle with memory issues, if I promise you a wip and do not deliver it’s 100% likely I have just forgotten. Just message again!- i only work on art Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 10am-6pm. Weekends are not included in the overall turn around time! If you contact me outside of these days, it may take a while for me to get back to you if you message me outside of these hours, keep this in mind. My DMs are managed by a close friend of mine, not by me directly

after completion art use and rules

- you may not edit my work, change my work, draw over my work or use my work for anything outside of personal use UNLESS you ask first and let me know what’s going to be done. Breaking this rule will result in a blacklist- files after completion may take anywhere from 1-3 days to be sent, please be patient- I may use your peice for advertising, portfolio and any other posting use.- you MAY change the name and notes on the sheet for references, but any defacing of the art see first point. If your character design changes, please come and talk to me first before any edits are made. You are allowed to do as you wish with the design on your own art
